High dose (taking a full strip)
Wait till you’re properly dope sick, before you try the subs.

Wait 12-36 hours till you can see yawning, sweats, runny nose, goosebumps

Why? You must let the fengt/opioid clear out of your system before taking a full-dose sub

With fent, the clock is not enough, you must be able to SEE the dope sickness

When you’re really dope sick, try a sub

2 Options
-
Flood the receptors with a big dose and get the switch over with

Take 3 to 4 8mg SL subs (24-32 mg SL) at once
or

Try a tiny bit and see how it goes. A little bit is less likely to make you really sick.

Take 2 mg (quarter up an 8 mg strip) every couple of hours till you feel well

If you feel better-> keep going

If you feel bad-> stop dosing

Microdose
Keep using while you build up the bupe, then drop the dope.(“Bernese method, overlapping”)
First get bupe on board with little doses, deal with cutting out the fent later

Add bupe in gradually to take over the receptors

Keep using fent/opioid to not get sick
Start with ½ mg bupe ( safe for everyone)
Build up every day for a week
Day 1 – ½ mg
Day 2 – ½ mg morning AND ½ mg evening
Day 3 – 1 mg morning AND 1 mg evening
Day 4 – 2 mg morning AND 2 mg evening
Day 5 – 3 mg morning AND 3 mg evening
Day 6 – STOP fent
4 mg morning AND 4 mg evening
Day 7 – 8 mg bupe morning, 8 mg bupe noon, 8 mg bupe evening
How to make a microdose (0.25-0.5 mg)
Microdose options

Strips: Fold, cut, repeat

Get scissors or a knife

Fold a strip

Cut it in half

Repeat

8 -> 4 ->2->1->1/2mg

Tablets: need a pill cutter. Gets crumbly and hard to handle

Swallowing: if you swallow 2mg SL tablet or film you only absorb 10-15%

Swallow a 2 mg SL tablet and it will feel like ½ mg under the tongue

Liquid - “Liquid Microdosing” or “Volumetric dosing”

Take an 8mg strip and put in clean water in 30mL dropper bottle
-
Each dropper (1mL) is ¼ mg of bupe
-
Bridge with heroin or oxy
Switch from fent to another opioid, then switch to subs
First get off the fent, use another opioid to hold you, then switch to subs.

If you can find real (not fent) heroin or oxy switch to that
-
Let the fentanyl wash out for 3-7 days

Start bupe by any method and it will be much easier
